If you have steady, ongoing design needs and don’t want to think about hours at all, Unlimited is built for that. If you’re on the fence, starting with Starter and upgrading later is always an option.
Yes. You can move up or down anytime.
Yes, only on the Unlimited plan. Billing runs on a 31-day cycle. If you pause, any unused days stay banked with no expiration, ready whenever you resume. Starter doesn’t currently offer a pause option, only cancellation.
Hours reset each month and don’t carry forward. Use your weekly check-in as a reminder to review your Backlog and keep requests moving so you get the most out of your allocation.
Yes, anytime, on either tier. There’s no minimum commitment.
Every membership includes a dedicated Google Chat space and a shared project board with four columns: Start Here, Backlog, Active Request, and Approved. Add requests to Backlog whenever they come to mind, move one into Active Request when you’re ready for it to start, and move it to Approved once it’s finished. Then pull the next request into Active Request to keep things moving. This works the same way on both tiers.
Standalone designs, like a social graphic, business card, or flyer, are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days. Multi-page documents, like a welcome guide, ebook, or lookbook, take longer since they involve designing several pages rather than one, and can take up to a week depending on length and complexity. We’ll always give you a realistic timeline once a request like this comes in.
Brand identity or brand strategy work, website design and development, 3D modeling, animated graphics and video, functional or legal documents (like medical forms or contracts), complex structural packaging, spatial or environmental signage systems, and extensive print design like magazines or books. Large one-off projects, rebrands, and new website builds are available as separate engagements, with exclusive pricing for current members.
