Phase 1

[Today]

Choose your Design Week, complete your proposal and first payment, then access your private project hub.

Before your week begins, you’ll submit your content, brand assets, images, website access, and anything else we need to complete the project. We review everything ahead of time and follow up on anything that’s missing or unclear.

Phase 2

[Complete Prep Work]

Prior to your design week we’ll establish the creative direction before building the rest of the project.

For branding, you’ll review two creative directions and choose one to move forward with.

For websites, we begin with the site architecture and visual direction.

Phase 3

[Your Design Week]

We spend the week building out the full brand or website, with progress check-ins at the points where your feedback matters most.

You’ll review the work, send your notes during the scheduled feedback windows, and we’ll make the final revisions and polish.

Phase 4

[Launch + Support]

Friday is reserved for final checks and delivery.

Brand projects are packaged with your final files, guidelines, and supporting assets. Websites are fully tested and prepared for launch.

You’ll also receive your tutorials, access information, and two weeks of post-project support.

A Design Week is probably for you if...

  • You’re clear on what your business does and where it’s headed.
  • You’re ready for a complete brand identity or custom website.
  • You want us to take the creative lead instead of handing you a list of design decisions to make.
  • You can have your copy, content, images, and other materials ready before your week begins.
  • You can give feedback during the scheduled check-ins.
  • You like knowing the scope, price, timeline, and expectations before you commit.
  • And you’re ready to hand over the creative work and trust the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your content, assets, access, scope, and important project details are handled beforehand. That means the week itself stays focused on strategy, design, development, feedback, and finishing the work.

Nope! You need to understand your business, your goals, and the people you want to reach.

We’ll gather your preferences and inspiration, then use that information alongside the strategy to lead the creative direction.

You don’t need to spend the week sitting beside your inbox, but you do need to be available during the scheduled feedback windows.

We’ll let you know when we need your input and what we need you to review.

Yes. Final website copy needs to be ready before your Design Week begins.

Every website client receives our DIY copy workbook to help. If writing your copy is what’s holding you up, additional options are available inside the booking proposal.

WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify, depending on what makes the most sense for the project.

If you have a preference for a different platform, reach out before booking so we can make sure it’s a fit.

Nope! Pricing is public, scope is defined, and Design Weeks can be booked directly through the site.

If you want to talk something through before booking, you absolutely can. You just never have to.
