Each month begins with a planning conversation built around your priorities. You have one primary point of contact and access to a dedicated designer covering design, web, and execution without managing anyone directly. We stay ahead so you can focus on running your business.
A central place for casual communication, check-ins, and quick questions.
You're in control of the board. Add requests to Backlog whenever you think of them, move one into Active Request when you're ready for it to start, and move it to Approved once it's finished, then pull the next one into Active Request to keep things moving.
Move between tiers as your needs change. Unlimited members can pause anytime and pick back up later. Either way, there's no contract keeping you locked into a plan that no longer fits.
Standalone designs are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days. You'll always know what to expect before a request moves into active work.*Larger requests like multi-page documents may take up to a week

Yes. You can move up or down anytime.
Yes, only on the Unlimited plan. Billing runs on a 31-day cycle. If you pause, any unused days stay banked with no expiration, ready whenever you resume.
10 & 20 Hour plans can only be canceled.
Unused hours don’t roll over to your next active billing cycle, so we recommend keeping your request queue updated to make the most of your retainer.
Yep. There’s no long-term contract, so you can cancel your retainer when you no longer need ongoing support. Just let us know before your next billing cycle so we can wrap up any active work and confirm your end date.
You’ll have a dedicated space to submit requests, share files, and keep your queue organized. Quick questions and check-ins can happen through Google Chat or Slack. Add as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and we’ll work through them one at a time in the order you prioritize them.
Most standard requests are completed in approximately two business days. Larger or more complex requests may 2-5 business days. Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the request, and we’ll let you know if something is expected to take longer before we get started.
Retainers aren’t intended for full brand identity or brand strategy projects, complete website builds or major redesigns, 3D modeling, animated graphics or video production, functional or legal documents (like medical forms or contracts), complex structural packaging, spatial or environmental signage systems, or extensive print projects like magazines or books.
Ongoing website and ecommerce work, including design updates, new pages or sections, product and content updates, integrations, and other improvements to an existing site, can be handled through your retainer.
Larger one-off projects, rebrands, and new website builds are scoped as separate engagements, with exclusive pricing available to current retainer clients.
