Phase 1

Choose the VIP Day that fits, complete your proposal and contract, and make your first payment to officially book your project.
After booking, you’ll receive access to your private project hub with everything you need in one place, including your prep work, project timeline, scheduling link, and communication details.
Phase 2
[Complete Prep Work]
Before your VIP Day, you’ll submit the materials we need to do the work well.
We review everything before your project day and follow up on anything that’s missing or unclear. If we need to present or confirm creative direction beforehand, we’ll send a recorded check-in for you to review.
When your VIP Day begins, the decisions, content, and access we need are already handled.
Phase 3
[Your Design Day]
Your project gets our full attention for the day.
We start the morning by building the core direction first. For branding, that means the primary mark and visual direction. For websites, that means the homepage and sitewide styles.
Later in the morning, you’ll receive a direction check-in so we can confirm the foundation before we continue building the rest of the project.
Once the direction is approved, we move into the remaining design and development work.
In the afternoon, you’ll receive the full reveal and review the completed project. You’ll send your written feedback during the revision window, and we’ll make the final refinements before wrapping up the day.
You’ll need to be available during the scheduled feedback windows so we can keep the project moving.
Phase 4
[Launch + Support]
At the end of your VIP Day, we finalize and prepare everything for delivery or launch.
For branding, that includes packaging your final files and usage guide.
For websites, that includes final responsive checks, testing forms and buttons, connecting the domain as needed, and completing the launch checklist.
You’ll also receive your tutorials, access information, and handoff resources.
Afterward, you’ll have two weeks of post-project support for questions and anything that isn’t functioning the way it should. New design requests or additional work can be booked separately.
